A smartly dressed consultant sold a 15 year Zurich policy.After 3 years, I realised that the charges were high and asked for explanation.

I was repeatedly dumped with "MASSIVE" spreadsheets with raw data. The consultant would not explain. I then decided to suspend as the policy allowed for 3 year suspension.

Its 3 years now. I contacted the consultant to re-start contributions (as I lose more money if I do not restart) and he did not respond.

I approached Zurich and they referred me to another DeVere consultant who is unwilling to answer 3 simple questions about the policy!

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
