DeVere and partner sold me a Friends Provident scheme with a fund which was supposedly low risk. After investigating my portfolio in 2013 and querying the status of this fund, I was informed the fund had been liquidated in November 2013.

I requested a formal enquiry from DeVere Group and followed up on numerous occasions "dating back to the first half of 2014" on this liquidation. To date, I have received no feedback and the only communication received from DeVere is "Be Patient".

When this fund was sold to me at the time, it was to be part of a low risk portfolio. After doing my own research, I have discovered the fund was a DeVere & partner fund and should have been classified as high risk.

Reason of review: Not as described.

Monetary Loss: $10000.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
