Devere Group's reply to:

Devere Group in Bangkok, Krung Thep - Acting unprofessional against my wishes resulting in losses to my account

Moved from excellent deVere Indonesia to deVere Thailand. My consultant was more interested in selling me other products that acting on my instructions. He would take up to three months to follow-up on an instruction, resulting in losses to me. I ended up buying shares when they had risen. When I finally left deVere Thailand, this character called me three months later and told me he was proceeding with an instruction of mine, which I had instructed him to make three months prior. This advisor had no idea I have already left deVere. He then proceeded to write me emails thanking me for being "professional". Me, his client, has to act professional due to his incompetence.

Devere Group in Bangkok, Krung Thep - SEC STOPS DEVERE FROM TRADING WHY?? NOW BROADGATE

I know that they are a legit company and offer some good products, but what has happened to them they seem to be having problems with the Thai SEC they say its the whole industry but i haven't seen any other advisories having to change their names or being told to stop trading? I am a client of theirs in Hong Kong but now live in Thailand and it's worrying me. Is my money Safe????? I heard they have been having having the same Problem in South Africa, Malaysia, They were Kicked out of Singapore. The SEC Thai or not don't just make a company stop trading or no reason do they??? and i see they are now still trading under Broadgate sure if there is something wrong they should not be allowed just open up shot under another name? I know that they ave a bit of a bad rep but for me they did ok. just now worried if i should take my money out or move it with someone else. any advice???

Devere Group in Bangkok, Krung Thep - The World of Expat Adviser Sharks

Devere Group - The World of Expat Adviser Sharks
As a UK & Offshore professionally qualified assets manager of 24+ years experience in both the UK & throughout S.E. Asia, with over 600 articles published as a lead financial affairs columnist, I know all there is to know about Expat IFA's, Boiler-roomer's, fraudulent Ponzi scams, SEC investor alerts, & the tactics of De Vere plus many other consultancy groups in Thailand & beyond. Like most, DV contracts ex:' direct sales ' advisers for the closing ability, and not their qualifications, on a commission only basis. They are taught what financial products they are allowed to sell instead of being allowed to give truly independent advice. Thus they make the MAXIMUM comm's for the company of which the advisers get a share pro-rata ! Their legitimate schemes (Scxx's) revolve around Fund Platform sales, and comm's ear'nt from Ponzi Fund placements via Life-Co Bonds & Platforms. Some IFA company's in Thailand, ( e.g. ex Barclay Carrigan & PFS ) go so far as to set-up CTA Funds to enable them to divert client savings into such funds that eventually go down the toilet ! A large number of canvassers are ex boiler room, timeshare, & hotel incentive plan sellers ! In the end, all the decent & UK qualified staff leave in search of an Offshore IFA Company that is truly independent in providing a full range of professional advice without kow-towing to the diktat's of their board directors period ! Not a simple task !!!!

Devere Group - The truth of DeVere Bangkok (ex employee)

I worked for Devere (financial 'co-ordinator'). Essentially the office consists of people from Skegness who used to work in 2nd hand car sales or something equally unqualified. They promise you the world when you get a job with them. In reality you sit in an office full of arrogant *** and have to call companies claiming to be from 'expat magazine' or something equally as ridiculous in an attempt to source names to then cold call and pitch financial services products to. Names are either sourced this way or Via linked in. Either way you are given no training on products or services. Simply pressured into 'selling' by under qualified managers. Toby Williams is one of the area managers, he screws expats over then uses the money to spend on projects like his latest - 'The mansion' bangkok nightclub. The others invest in 'Levels' on Soi 11. Invest with them if you wish, just remember the fees are ridiculous and the 'consultants' don't have a clue what they're talking about. If you're *** enough to say yes then I wish you the best of luck, you're better off buying lottery tickets though. I would advise you don't invest with them, and if you are tempted by a job offer from them, don't bother. Unless you're from skegness of course...

Devere Group in Bangkok, Krung Thep - Devere scammers target Expats

High Net Worth Expats are the target focus of deVere Group, PIC, deVere & Partners, Acuma and all the other low life companies that Nigel Green is behind. Be on your guard if you are cold called by these parasites. They will tell you that you've been referred to them by one of their work colleagues. The deVere salesman will have a white shirt & stripped tie, cufflinks, black shoes & dark suit. You will spot a deVere clone in your sleep after meeting 1. They will subject you to a well versed, scripted pitch which is designed to emotionally break you down, feeling guilty that you need to save 50% of your monthly salary. deVere are NOT genuine Financial Consultants, they are nothing more than salespeople who's ultimate aim is to earn as much commission out of you as is humanly possible.

Devere Group in Bangkok, Krung Thep - Keep phoning me and won't give up

A Thai lady just won't give up phoning me all the time. She phoned a year ago and I said I wasn't interested. Then a year later she phones me again and gets pushy trying to arrange a meeting. I told her email me some details and I'll phone her back if I'm interested. She was really strong on the phone trying to get this meeting out of me.She's phoned me 3 times this year. I searched for her email and there is no email from her. She said "listen X, it's better if we arrange a meeting" really abruptly. I said no, and asked her to stop phoning me.If she phones again I'll take her details and post them here. Not a really bad complaint. But pushy, sharp sales people who don't listen and obviously lie (she's never sent me an email the 3 times I've told her to).

Devere Group in Bangkok, Krung Thep - Devere Thailand Constant Ringing - Bunch of clowns

David rang again - for the 6th time this year - Will this bunch of shisters just *** off annoying people in Thailand - their cold calling is illegal and I have repeatedly asked to be removed from their mailing list - suggest everyone contact them via their Linkedin profile which is where these tossers are sourcing . I will be reporting them again to the FSA. These clowns are a joke and should leave thailand and people who have kindly asked them to not call - listen and respect people who don't need such "financial"advice - if you were any good then you would have made enough money personally to not have to panhanded and hound decent folks

Devere Group in Bangkok, Krung Thep - DeVere taking me for a fool - BIG MISTAKE for deVere

I am an ex-employee of deVere and as such know EVERYTHING about their Structure, mis-selling, *** associations with the Companies they put Clients money through, the 100's of millions of money they have illegally stolen from Clients etc. I have a great amount of hard evidence and a London based and Swiss based 'Whistle-blowers', who I will use to ensure I bring down deVere and ALL associated Companies. I ask all of those that have posted blogs on this website, whether it be as an ex-employee or a disgruntled Client to send me details of your complaint to my email address: SWLAND@dudumail.com I have contacts with the FSA in London and SEC in New York, and what I am looking for is as much evidence and support as I can get from the 1,000's of you out there. Now I am retired, I am ***-bent and totally committed to bringing to justice Nigel Green and his corrupt empire. This is by no means a solicitation for business, but if anyone is interested in understanding how to extricate themselves from deVere, I can point you to people who can help you. deVere are very good at telling lies about the penalties you will incur by transferring your Investments to Regulated and honest professional Institutions, who will give you 100% accurate information and help you achieve what you wish. I ultimately want all of you to join me so we can collectively put to rights deVere, and ultimately, take legal action collectively to sue deVere and claim damages for all of you. I appreciate all help, and will offer help in return should you wish.

Devere Group in Bangkok, Krung Thep - DeVere Partners are a bunch of crooks who rip people off and abuse their employees..

I am an ex-employee of deVere and am interested in putting together a Class Action through the Courts. All disgruntled Investors/Clients/ex-employees are welcome to help me carry this out even if it is just incriminating evidence/experience you can help me with building the case. I intend to close them down and see Nigel Green behind bars. Please contact me on Pn_Fleming@Yahoo.co.uk I have 30+ years of Investment Banking experience and have contacts with many Financial Regulators so am perfectly placed to see this through to the end. I will be successful, and anyone who contributes will enjoy the down-fall of what I consider to be the most unethical, unprofessional company I have ever encountered. They make a corrupt second hand car sales force look like angels.
