We do our best to ensure that people who request to be placed on our DNC list are not contacted. However, with an organisation as large as ours, some people still managed to get called. We apologise for any inconvenience.

DeVere do not get the memo. Back in April, their then regional manager Mark Swann promised, in writing: "As requested we have instructed our internal team to place you on our DNC (do not call) list. This should ensure your contact details which we used will never be called by our teams."

Clearly Marbella-based Matthew Smith did not get the memo. He called me today (the number 040 67 55 9547 showed up on my phone but he was actually calling from a noisy call center in Spain).

This company is harassing me. They use high-pressure sales techniques and do not take NO for an answer.

Reason of review: Harassment.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I was called by a halfwhit from severe group.he was very pushy and wanted to set up a "financial health Check" free of charge.

They said that I had been recommended by a "friend." FUNNY THAT BECAUSE I HAVE JUST ARRIVED IN THE COUNTRY AND DON'T REALLY KNOW ANYONE! HOW DO THEY GET YOUR DETAILS?

THEY MUST HAVE PEOPLE ON THE INSIDE AT THE IMMIGRATION OFFICES.

I HEAR NIGEL GREEN WAS OFFERED A PART PLAYING BERNI MADOFF!!!!

Been called at work today by this Matthew Smith as well.Told him that almost exactly one year ago I was already called by Louise Kerslake and asked her to not be called again and be removed from their database.

She confirmed that by email.

Turns out they didn't delete me at all and this Matthew Smith knew of nothing.Asked him to remove me again but I bet they'll try again next year.
