Having attended the "training course" in Malta (easily passed), there is a lot of information they don't tell you until you actually get your contract in Malta- i.e. office costs, coordinator costs.
On the training course I was on I overheard the recruiters being told not to book anyone with an accent or a foreign name.
The company does provide a platform for individuals to work off and make money- if you're good that is and can put up with certain attitudes.
Needless to say I did not take up the job when I got home- I was only an energy sales adviser to begin with. Had a lovely time in Malta though.
