I am in the position of having little idea of what is happening to what is happening to my investment portfolio, despite various written reminders.
deVere has closed end 2012 its office in Belgium, and since then four different advisors, all sitting in London, were successively assigned to me, which somehow complicated the communication.
I recently raised questions about latest valuations showing unclear, and so far unexplained, accounting movements and positions.Early september, I asked for a letter signed at managerial level clarifying the situation and telling me when and how it will be regularized in case.
At least I would expect a phone appointment.
