Devere Group in Bangkok, Krung Thep - DeVere taking me for a fool - BIG MISTAKE for deVere

I am an ex-employee of deVere and as such know EVERYTHING about their Structure, mis-selling, *** associations with the Companies they put Clients money through, the 100's of millions of money they have illegally stolen from Clients etc. I have a great amount of hard evidence and a London based and Swiss based 'Whistle-blowers', who I will use to ensure I bring down deVere and ALL associated Companies. I ask all of those that have posted blogs on this website, whether it be as an ex-employee or a disgruntled Client to send me details of your complaint to my email address: SWLAND@dudumail.com I have contacts with the FSA in London and SEC in New York, and what I am looking for is as much evidence and support as I can get from the 1,000's of you out there. Now I am retired, I am ***-bent and totally committed to bringing to justice Nigel Green and his corrupt empire. This is by no means a solicitation for business, but if anyone is interested in understanding how to extricate themselves from deVere, I can point you to people who can help you. deVere are very good at telling lies about the penalties you will incur by transferring your Investments to Regulated and honest professional Institutions, who will give you 100% accurate information and help you achieve what you wish. I ultimately want all of you to join me so we can collectively put to rights deVere, and ultimately, take legal action collectively to sue deVere and claim damages for all of you. I appreciate all help, and will offer help in return should you wish.

Devere Group in Crawley, England - Generali Vision Plan - The Facts

Your super-friendly unregulated offshore IFA has told you all the great bits about the Generali Vision Plan. BUT did they mention…………… Charges based on an average £500pm plan:2% admin fee (industry standard is 1%).£30 Policy fee.1.5% investment allocation charge (industry standard 0-0.5%).0.75% charge based on the advisers fund choice, so the fund that the adviser chooses can incur this charge, normally to obtain further commission. £7,500 adviser's commission based on £500pm over 25yrs (YES, I said 7.5K that wasn't a typo!)So 4.25% in charges and at least £7,500K commissions Initial period:In order to pay for all these charges including the adviser's commission there is an initial period where 100% of YOUR premiums are NOT invested from the start of the plan.Table as follows:On a 5yr plan none of your money is invested for the first 3.6 months.10yr equals 13.2 months.15yr equals 15.6 months.20yr equals 23 months.30yr equals 28 months. So, on a 25 yr plan, if you cancel the policy up to month 23 you will get nothing back (ZILCHO!). Only after this period does you money get invested and therefore, it can take 2yrs before you start to invest any money, up until then EVERY penny you have put into the plan has gone into the pockets of Generali and the IFA. This is why it can take roughly 6-8YRS to break even on this plan (as admitted by Generali). Also admitted by Generali is that most plans are cancelled within 8 years. Flexibility? All these charges are applied based on the highest premiums you pay. So, if you increase the premiums the charges increase BUT if you decrease the premiums the charges continue to be based on the HIGHEST monthly premium you were payingSo, if you started paying £1000pm but you reduced your payments to £50pm you would continue to pay fees and charges based on £1000 per month. NICE! Finally the Generali plan performance is solely based on the funds that the salesman puts your money into within the plan. As almost ALL unregulated offshore IFAs dont require the salesemn to have any experience, qualifications or otherwise (have a look at the Devere group recruitment page) picking the correct funds and monitering them is like handing over your wages to a 10yr old with a choclate fetish. So there you have it, possibly one of the worst insurance backed investments on the market and one that is banned from sale in the UK by the FSA. Wonder why?! Don't belive me? Devere Group in Moscow, Moscow - De Vere Group Regulation

Can anyone tell me if De Vere Group is regulated by any Financial Services groups? I have been sold a Generali International savings plan with no information about the charges. I am based in Moscow and have been poorly advised. I understand there is the UK financial services ombudsman and European consumer financial complaints network ("FIN-NET"). Does any one know if Russia has advanced to this level of financial regulation? But in short it's clear my consultant has no interest in my financial future, only his own, and has no financial knowledge or acumen, or even a basic understanding of mathematics to be honest. Regards Poor me!

Devere Group in Washington, District Of Columbia - DeVere: do not let this desease infect you

De Vere Group employs a cunning method of existing at their consultants' cost. YOU pay for their office space, YOU pay your enormous phone bill as you spend most of your time cold-calling, as they WILL NOT give you any leads. YOU pay your relocation costs and in the end you are forced to stay in a strange country with nothing more than a fool's hope that one day they will pay your hard-earned commission, just because you have nowhere to go anymore as you are out of money. THEREFORE,why should you support a BOGUS firm at your expense? All the more, these scammers seem to be close to bancruptcy. Cheating on taxes, unable to pay the minimum capital and selling unapproved financial products, they have already been kicked out of Singapore and as long as you do not pay them YOUR money, they will walk the streets soon. Devere Group in Washington, District Of Columbia - Nigel Green, Steven Luckett and others: deVere fraud and sexual abuse

As an ambitious 26 year old pretty, blond girl with a degree in management from City University in Bulgaria and had wanted to break off from escort work in Knightbridge, London. I had put my name down in several UK jobsites for work in financial services as many of my high-paying clients were accountants and bankers. I have no financial services experience, but have very good English and an 'engaging' personality. So I thought I was well qualified to give the job a go. I was contacted by a recruiter from de Vere Group and was offered a job as a financial consultant for the company's Moscow office (as I speak Russian). I guess the recruiter calling me got my CV from a jobsite. I went for the interview which was a presentation. It all looked good: £150,000 a year guaranteed, office location of my choice, full training and a caring firm. I became worried when I got their offer letter which seemed to show that I would have to pay them back my training course expenses, pay for my IFA course and exams (although they said they would do that), do cold calls all on my own!!!! and so on. When I told them, I had changed my mind after getting the letter, I got a call from one of their managers who said that I would be treated right, if I treated him right. When I asked him if he was referring to sexual favours, he said that he could be. I cut him off and sent letter to Nigel Green, the company's CEO to complain and copied it to Steven Luckett, the recruiter's boss. No response nothing. de Vere left a bad taste in my mouth and I guess they will in yours too! If you are girl willing to give sex for your career, you could do well there. But if you want a real job, stay clear I say. Horrible, horrible people.

Devere Group - DeVere (aka Nigel Green) fraud, scam and sexual harassment
Devere Group - DeVere (aka Nigel Green) fraud, scam and sexual harassment
Not happy with cheating hundreds of expats out of their hard-earned retirement money by promising high-yielding bogus investments, De Vere is a world-class scammer of unsuspecting new financial consultant recruits. The recruits are treated to a glossy 'recruitment presentation' and encouraged to ignore all negative postings on the Internet about De Vere scams. Then they are promised the world if they come to work for De Vere:- £100K to £500K in more or less guaranteed fees Freedom to work at any De Vere offices worldwide Free training to qualify as Stockbrokers De Vere-covered visas and 'assistance' with relocation. Sounds like a dream? Well, it is - a nightmare! Here is a reality check:- You will probably earn around £50k to £80K gross from which you will have to deduct:- a) 20% of your income for your secretary/ co-ordinator; b) 50% of her accommodation will need to be covered by you; c) You will need to pay ALL her travelling and relocation expenses (could be expensive, if she is not your wife!); d) you will need to pay your share of office expenses and ALL costs of your office telephone bill; e) you will need to cover ALL your relocation and visa processing costs - they will give you no help other than a letter saying that they have offered you a job as an independent; f) to get to your De Vere office, expect to have at least £20k saved up - you will need it in your first two months; g) be prepared to wait and wait for your commissions and be prepared for *** after *** why it is delayed! h) be prepared for prospects cancelling appointments after reading up about De Vere scams on the Internet and be prepared for De vere to blame you for that (isn't life a *** To find out more about what you are in for if you are *** enough not to listen to what other ex employees have to say about them on the Internet, read the attachment. It has notes on the standard offer letter you can expect from these scammers. De Vere is in for a name change for sure - why not "BEWARE!"

Devere Group in Bangkok, Krung Thep - DeVere Partners are a bunch of crooks who rip people off and abuse their employees..

I am an ex-employee of deVere and am interested in putting together a Class Action through the Courts. All disgruntled Investors/Clients/ex-employees are welcome to help me carry this out even if it is just incriminating evidence/experience you can help me with building the case. I intend to close them down and see Nigel Green behind bars. Please contact me on Pn_Fleming@Yahoo.co.uk I have 30+ years of Investment Banking experience and have contacts with many Financial Regulators so am perfectly placed to see this through to the end. I will be successful, and anyone who contributes will enjoy the down-fall of what I consider to be the most unethical, unprofessional company I have ever encountered. They make a corrupt second hand car sales force look like angels.

Devere Group in Beijing, Beijing - Lied

Don't work for them, the role is nothing like the recruiters and trainers have you believe, they are nothing more than glamourised time share salesmen who care for no one. I worked for them in Asia following a weeks training in London, they told me i would have a coordinator with a diary full of appointments but when i arrived there was nobody there and all the mangers said was go out and find your own way. This apears to be the norm in most devere offices, sink or swim attitude and throwing more and more mud at the wall hoping some of it will stick. Don't buy from them they have the worst reputation in the industry for client service only caring about the commisions they make.

Devere Group in Melbourne, Victoria - De Vere Group Scam

So, you've been recruited by a so-called independent offshore recruiter and he promised you a world of fame and riches. You can't resist and you are on your way to a presentation in Knightsbridge for one of the biggest Offshore Financial Advisers in the World. It's a dream come true. Now, it wouldn't be fair to tell you everything at the presentation. You might be told enough to get your juices flowing. Most of the fine details arrive when you get to your destination. But behold. I can help. Here is a guide based on information recorded during the "˜Offshore Adventure': Self employed-of courseCommission Only-naturallyYou will need to find and pay for all your travel and accommodationYou will receive roughly 50% of the commission, but of course, this doesn't include any over-ride, so in reality, you will be lucky to get 40%.You normally pay your co-ordinator 20% of the commission (whether you have one or not!)You pay for 50% of your coordinators accommodation-although this might be shared by a couple of advisers so 25% eachYou pay an additional 5% of you commission away in the first few months until you bank 60K to repay your training costsYou pay a further fee from your commission to pay for the office costs such as telephones and paper etcYou will be expected to find data, i.e. names of people to call and then cold call them if you don't have a coordinatorYou will have to bring your own laptopYour destiny is in your hands-of courseThis is based on information obtained in 2009 and therefore, may be subject to change without notice and is a guide only. The commission structures vary considerably amoung firms but one thing to consider, you will almost always be commission only and self employed and rarely do you get a cut of the full commission the firms recieves, no matter what they tell you….
